The staff I met during my visit were attentive and much better organised than during my visit last year. Sophie was helpful in organising transport to the railway station and the work was completed at the time agreed.

Although Satisfied, The problem and issue with my vehicle only appeared after being serviced and having the suspension split hose repaired.
Work completed in good time. Did not like having fault report emailed without telephone call as well, as did not see email until back to collect car. Then too late to request additional work to be carried out.
Jessica has kept us well informed and updated both during the booking process and including subsequent requests for work since.
A potential cam chain fault was indicated due to engine noise with little further detail, other than further checks required. Given the car was in the garage for approx 5 hours, I think more information should be provided by the mechanic.
Would have been 5 stars but had to wait 45mins after the time they said the car would be ready. Dropped off at 9 collect at 1 but didn't leave until nearly 2pm.
Only one point of issue, the dashCam was disconnected from it's power source ie cigarette lighter point, luckily I noticed straight away and re-connected. Of course had it been hard wired it would not have been disconnected. What is your policy.
The service I required was carried out on time and my car was valeted before I collected it.

Although no fault found with gearbox I was offered the opportunity to take a technician out on a test drive to explain the fault. Advised that I could return vehicle for further investigation if I was not completely satisfied.

Service was ok , then I get told I need a new wing mirror , and wiper blades , the faults were minimal , the mirror should have been changed under warranty
Car picked up from home ,all the work completed on time & at the price quoted.
I had to returned my car 3 times to have something fixed. Poor communication from the dealer to me about not having the necessary spare parts needed for the job.
I had no complaints at all with the issue of the service.

They were very professional and courteous, always called back when they said they would and got the job done promptly once the part arrived. Not full marks only because there were no courtesy cars available which made logistics more awkward.

Service quality is great, nothing to faulter apart from the valet company scratching my Alloys. Cotswold quickly resolved the issue and all is well thus far
I was very happy with the personal service in the centre, and the car service home and pick up, but I was not very happy with the cleaning service of the inside of the car, which was only adequate to say the least.
Shortly after the service a telltal.light came up saying we needed to add Adblu. I would have thought this could have been checked at the service.
The people I dealt with were nice enough, just following unfair orders.

There were defects on the leather on the back seat of the car. In addition, the accessories that I ordered, ie a boot cover and mats were not ready on the day of the car collection despite being ordered over a week before collection.
