After a long initial attempt to book in a recall in which the dealer couldn't trace my personal details on their dms, which was incidentally purchased from them brand new, I finally managed to trace the vrn, which was difficult because I was abroad.

Service receptionist was pleasant, however, I had a charge of £25 on my invoice for extra insurance on the courtesy car of which I was not given the option to decline prior to taking it.
